I was chatting with an other member but apperently their messages sometimes just poof and are gone. Sometimes they are loaded after re-starting the browser. (I am using chrome)
That's a bit weird, but try looking in the Message Center. Click on Messages at the top, then Go to Message Center. I usually have better luck with that.
