Just click that and the text you selected will be put into the editor.

I've added a new feature to the site to make Quoting messages easier, especially if you want to grab just a specific part of a message.

All you have to do is click and drag over the text you want to quote. When you let go of the mouse button, a floating Quote box will appear. Just click that and the text you selected will be put into the editor.
